Modern
Like ballet, modern dance has been a staple of the
vocabulary of professional dancers, companies
repertoires. Modern focuses on expression rather than
the rigid postures of ballet. This class will focus on a
variety of modern techniques while building
coordination and flexibility.
Jazz
Jazz dance classes are among our most popular classes, and are always taught by experienced professional choreographers. High energy and fun, these classes are a great form of exercise. You’ll learn jumps, turns, combinations and routines, for a great workout that is incredibly fun and rewarding.
Hip Hop
Learn to dance like your favorite hip hop artist. These classes are high impact and hugely popular. You’ll explore movement as you enjoy incredible music, and a workout that can’t be rivaled in any gym. You’ll also gain confidence that can enrich your overall well-being. Hip Hop classes are offered at every skill level.
West African Dance
West African dance is an expressive and high energy dance. Students will learn musicality, movement, vocabulary and history of various dances. Classes are accompanied by live drumming.
